Once that Rep has been found and your hire the Rep, we put that Rep through the Gold Standard in Restoration Industry Training. It is a 4-Week Program complete with a Live Trainer.
Lastly, now that that Rep has graduated the Training Program, RSP provides ongoing daily Management/Coaching of that Rep. Reports are sent to you every day, so you are definitely in the loop.
KPI’s are set, monitored and managed. The CRM is updated, and we meet with you once a month to review the previous month’s activity and make sure we are aligned on next month’s targets.
